International Shipping

By ordering with international shipping, you acknowledge the following:

 

Shipping Times

 

International mail is shipped through International DHL, USPS First Class Mail, and USPS Priority Mail International which is typically delivered in 6–21 business days (not including weekends and holidays). Unfortunately, customs and other circumstances may extend this period—up to 90 days in rare circumstances. We do not offer a guarantee of international delivery times and are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages after they have left our fulfillment center. To help speed up your shipping time, we highly suggest paying extra for the UPS Worldwide Saver options.

 

Customs Fees

 

Customs fees may be charged and required to obtain your order, including taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerage fees, handling fees, etc. These fees are not included in ScamStuff's shipping charges and the customer is fully responsible for paying these fees. We don't have any control of these fees, nor can we calculate or estimate if these fees will occur or to what extent. In the event that the shipment is successfully returned to us by the carrier, we can offer a refund on the purchase price, excluding shipping and customs costs.

 

Hotels, Temporary Addresses, and Changes of Address

 

We do not ship to hotels, motels, inns, temporary addresses, etc. since we cannot accurately estimate the exact day your product will arrive during your stay. Please ship your order to a residential address that you expect to have access to for the next 90 days.

 

Return Policy

 

All international sales are final. No international returns will be accepted. In the event your item is damaged or incorrect, please contact scamstuffstore@gmail.com for instructions on receiving a replacement. If the order is returned to us due to inaccurate or incorrect address information, ScamStuff reserves the right to retain the original shipping and handling fee and to charge the payment method originally used for the costs incurred related to the return of the packages or merchandise to us. Items damaged due to customer abuse or negligence will not be accepted.

 

Fraud


We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of being fraudulent.

 

US-Only Products

 

Before ordering, please check if the item is able to be shipped to your country. Any exceptions for products that are unavailable for international shipping must be decided on an individual basis via email at scamstuffstore@gmail.com.
